Phone interview, then in person interview. The phone interview was just to get some information about me and determine if I was interested. The in person interview was a group one. The interview had a good atmosphere. The interviewers were respectable and polite. They asked good questions that focused on character attributes and skills. They asked about various experiences I have had and various problems I encountered and how I over came them.
