Interview
Friendly, knowledgeable, and knew what she wanted. I felt extremely confident and safe. It was just like a new friend seeking our similarities without judgement. She made it clear as to what she was looking for, and for the most of it, I was a match. Second interview didn't feel quite so assured. He was a little uncomfortable on the connection aspect. He wanted to share how much he has done and the importance of his role, which could be intimidation for some.
