Very messy interview process, nobody had a clear mind about the process, it got changed from time to time. People seemed careless about your technical skills givne this is a QR position and treated interview more like a task. I went through the whole interview process at the end. But what made to so mad and drove me to write down my experience here is the story that, at the last stage, I was able to get another offer so reached out to them and they told me on Friday they sent me a take home exam and ask me to complete by Monday noon. Three questions, and the last question was a big project that I spent my whole weekend to work on and sent to them on time, hoped they could decide and I postponed the response to another offer just wanted to wait for them. No feedback for a week even I reached out, and after I took the other offer and asked them for the feedback(because I invested so much time), they told me they would not consider all the candidates they interviewed and would redo the research again. WTF! Took me so much time just because of their careless process upon picking the people, it is even better to say someone did better than me and they picked that guy than wasted not only my time but all other candidate's time. I saw they just reopened this position, if you see this, please do not try to waste your time, you are not the people you should waste time to work with.
