5 stages - non-technical and just meeting the team. They want to understand whether you will get on with the wider team more than your level of expertise. It was very informal. I sat down with each of the investment teams and talked about experiences I have had on my CV and in the wider world that inform my future desires and career goals. They want to know that you are looking for a long-term commitment.
