Nothing in particular. Got grilled on my own research and thesis so I did not find anything particularly difficult.
Interview process was highly disorganized. I ended up traveling on 3 different occasions to interview with a total of 6 people! It became clear that the unit was being restructured, but during that process who was going to take over the unit changed at least once.

Focused on the techniques and the project. Managers (PIs) interested in motivated people who can lead projects with the right supervision. Work is goal-oriented and not worked time. work smart rather than work hard.
