I applied and the coordinator reached out shortly after. Next, there was a 20 minute interview with the COO. Every question was about the company to see if I did my “research.” Shouldn’t they be selling the company to me? Finally towards the end, I was asked about my experience…not worth your time.
Definitely not sticking around for them to reach out to schedule the next phase.

Question 1
Why column?
What do you know about the company?
Why did you apply?
Didn't move onto interviews. The first step of the hiring process for this role was to complete an assessment. I thought it was odd they'd have candidates complete a 'take home test' prior to even having an initial meeting with the team.
I did appreciate that the HR representative offers to provide feedback as to why you weren't selected which not many employers do.
