3 rounds: Recruiter screen, two panels with an Engineering leader and People leader, then two panels with another Engineering leader and their CTO. Both Engineering leaders asked a mix of behavioral and also talked through solving a recent technical challenge. Overall it was a good process. Was really impressed by their documentation provided in the interview, such as their benefits and other company documents to assist in getting to know the company more. I was grateful to have an opportunity to hear feedback as to why I wasn't made an offer.
