After passing an initial email assessment, I made it through 2 of the 3 round interview process; but ultimately was not advanced due to more experienced candidates. I only know this because the Senior Recruiter took the time to schedule a feedback call with me. I enjoyed meeting the Head of Customer Experience, but wished the questions were posed in a way I could articulate the level of experience they actually required. But overall great interview process and look forward to the growth and success of Column!
