MThey have an orientation program, videos and helpful presentations that are current and updated if new information becomes available and this is helpful to incorporate into your care plan. They also have staff to contact 24/7 if there are questions or issues that require clariication and specified in the orientation process that someone will be available at all times if there are medical questions ( as they do a full medical intake on acquiring a new client). This is reassuring, as often there is no family andthe aim is to have each shift covered with a capable caregiver that is well informed of the clients’ status, medically and emotionally secure.
