Interview

First had to take a standardize test. There are 50 questions and you have to complete as many in 12 minutes. You then have to complete a mock phone call. I was suppose to have an interview; however, there was an "emergency" meeting so I did not have an opportunity to talk with anyone. It was not well organized.

Interview

You meet with Office manager or HR personnel. You go through 3 different clinical phone interviews or face to face with team leaders and clinical director. Then you get to tour facility after a call back. its a 3-4 tier interview process.

Interview

I applied online, then I had an phone interview. The next day I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. There I took a basic skills test, had a role play phone assessment, and met with the director of the unit. If you don't get to meet with the director, you didn't get the job. I was offered the job the next day via phone call and received my confirmation of employment letter the same day. It was a quick process.
