The interview process consisted of a pre-recorded video submission, which involved answering a series of automated questions without any real-time interaction. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up or indication that the responses were ever reviewed, which left the experience feeling impersonal and lacking in transparency. It was difficult to gauge whether my input was considered, as there was no feedback or communication afterward.
