Interview
So I applied around the end of June and got a call with in like 3 weeks from a recruiter telling me about an assessment test he was going to send me and that we would be in touch so I finished it and I guess passed. The recruiter called me like within the same week to arange a face to face interview about (2 weeks later) so I went to the interview it was pretty easy not going to lie, just be yourself is the best advice I can give. After that I got an email from the recruiter the next day congratulating me on passing through the interview phase and that he would be contacting me within two week to let me know if I was picked so basically he never called me, 1 week later he just sent me an email telling me he had sent me the two links one from carco to get background check and one from a medicine place to get your drug screening which is all paid for you picking your dates needing to be with 48 hours so I did that and literally the next week I was getting called that I had passed the drug screening and background check and offered me a start date. I started the next Monday. For those with something on your record such as a misdemeanor of petit theft (like me) just be honest and mature on the carco application they send you and at least have one paper of proof that you served some sort of resolustion such a diversion program and have a disposition or something. You will get it. Good luck hope this helps

I applied online. I interviewed at Comcast (Santa Cruz, CA) in Dec 2024
Interview
It was mostly scenario-based questions. It was over Zoom so that eased the stress but the scenario-based questions were a bit difficult. Overall not bad and was communicated with pretty often
It’s just a call with a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. They ask your typical STAR questions you have to be very explanatory with your answers. Overall easy process.
Very informative & enlightening. Easy process & very thorough. Made me feel comfortable throughout the process, definitely my most favorite interview thus far. Comcast has been a great company to work for thus far. Great company to work for thus far. Great company to work for thus far.
