Filled out the application and got a callback the very next day. Had a phone interview about 15 minutes. It was great. Got invited to do the online assessment. About 3 days later, I got scheduled for a face to face interview. The interview was a presentation of company benefits, expectations, etc. Lasted about 2 hours. Finally, interviewed with a manager in the department I will be working in. She was very nice and informative. The interview went so well that she invited me to interview with HR the exact same day. Interview lasted about an hour. I was there a total of 3 1/2 hours (plus waiting time). Everything went great and I left out confident that I had secured the position. I thought the process would be quick and easy since they got back so fast so far. This was a month ago. Just a few days ago I got the call that I am offered a position and to start preemployment screenings. Unfortunately, training isn’t until July. But I am grateful and willing to wait! Super excited because I’ve heard nothing but good things about this company.

typical interview process for call center position. phone interview 1st then computer competency test. accuracy more important than speed but decent pace required. next is double interview in 1 day (1st impressions count). then drug test & criminal history review—dont fret if youre not blemish free—you may receive a call from someone in hr to explain your situation. my advice is to own your past mishaps, speak on what youve done & how youve grown since then & how you have managed to make better choices. remember to be clear & concise but honest. amazingly they understand no one is perfect & we all make mistakes; especially in our youth. all things permitting you get a start date!
