Cumbersome hiring process. Meet with lots of managers. In my case I was asked to meet with another AE, but this is not usually part of the process. Background check and drug testing. The usual questions. Come prepared and "buttoned up". They will ask for a presentation.
It was pleasant at first but once they learned i didnt speak english, even thought it wasnt required, they moved to try and disqualify me. Was not a nice experience.

The interview process was very long from initial interview to onboarding. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, just very corporate and loots of hoops to get through. The people are nice and want to help as much as possible.
