I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Kokomo, IN) in Aug 2018
Interview
I filled out an application through Indeed, which took me to their company website. About a week or so later I received an email from a recruiter asking if I was still interested in the position. I then had a phone interview with a recruiter who told me, he was going to set me up for a face to face interview, which happened a few weeks after my phone interview. I was told to bring two copies of my resume. Upon arrival there was a group of people and we signed in as we arrived. We all introduced ourselves then were shown a presentation. After the presentation, individual interviews started. I waited about 45 minutes and then was interviewed. The interview was pretty basic, she just asked me sets of questions and wrote down my answers. A week later I was offered the position based on the results of my background check and drug screen. The background check and drug screen took about a week to come back. I received the email for the background check and drug screen on a Wednesday evening. I filled out the background check form that evening and went a took my drug screen the following morning (Thursday) and the results for my drug test were back by Friday. The site where you fill out your background check information shows you the status on your drug screen results. I got a call that everything came back clear the following week. Then I received another email with my official offer letter and details on where to go on day one.

Interview
It was mostly scenario-based questions. It was over Zoom so that eased the stress but the scenario-based questions were a bit difficult. Overall not bad and was communicated with pretty often
It’s just a call with a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. They ask your typical STAR questions you have to be very explanatory with your answers. Overall easy process.
