Applied through a referral and through LinkedIn. Got an email to schedule interview with an out of state recruiter. Second interview scheduled with the director after 3 weeks of follow up. Director spoke to me for about 30 minutes; no questions were asked. When I asked if he had any questions for me, he would schedule another interview with questions later. After 5 weeks of follow up, I never heard back.
