Less than 24-hrs after applying online, I’d received an invitation to complete an online assessment. The email was sent by hiring manager and an automated message. The online assessment took about 2 hours with multiple tests. A few days later the same hiring manager sent an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was delayed 30-mins due to technical issues. I was understanding and accommodating. At the end of the interview the hiring manager explained that she was going to pass my information to her colleague because that position was closer. She said if I wasn’t selected to move forward, she’ll inform me that Friday. It’s been over a month with no feedback.
