HR personnel at Talent Solutions Team from Atlanta contacted me via email to schedule a phone interview. The scheduling process took only 2 days and the actual interview was conducted about 30 minutes.
The interviewer asked my desired salary range for the position and informed me the pay range for the given position.
After the interviewer found out my desired salary level, she seemed lost interest in my candidacy.

Smooth and easy process. Everything was well organized and everything was communicated clearly. The interviews were virtual and I never had any issues logging on. They answer all of my questions in a timely manner.

The inter view process was somewhat longer than expected. First, recruiter screening, modern hire, HM interview, leadership interview. Took about a month the whole process but it went smoothly because of the recruiter. They were able to keep the comunication.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter to set up an initial phone screen. We discussed my experience and the role. Then I had a video interview with the hiring manager. I ultimately wasn't hired, but did receive positive feedback, and will certainly keep an eye out for more positions.
