Thorough. I was referred in and the process took 6 weeks from initial call to decision. I had two phone screens and then met onsite with four different department heads, three of them at the same time. I believed I nailed the in-person interviews, having successful specific examples, with detailed tactics, based on real experiences that applied directly to the culture shift they were trying to accomplish. I was frankly surprised I did not get the offer, they hired an internal candidate instead.
