Disrespectful Group Interview Process. Interview scheduled for 2:30, I arrived at 2:08. Proceeded to sit in lobby as other interviewers arrived. At 2:54 pm an agent introduces himself to crowd. He is wearing black jeans with a Comcast track jacket. He states that he usually gives it a good half an hour before starting interview to allow “stragglers” to arrive. Gives a 2 minute tour followed by a terrible history of Comcast PowerPoint. Proceeds to pass us off to agents for individual interviews. Person conducting individual interview had gave little sense of getting to know me and seemed focused on filling out form on pc. Unable to answer questions about job. 0/0 Would not recommend for a person with a pulse. 0 Respect for my time. 3 hours in building and not one person with a smile.
