Preliminary phone call with the HR rep to discuss my work/salary expectations. Then three additional interviews with the employment litigation team. All three interviews were scheduled back to back on the same day and asked general questions about my background and interests as well as my current knowledge of employment litigation.
Three separate interviews, all within the group you would potentially look for. It consisted of the usual questions asked and a run through of your resume. Have questions ready to ask them.
Very unorganised. Told I was to have a second interview and never heard anything back. Hostile interviewers who seemed as though they had better uses of their time. Looked down on my previous experience.
