I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (West Palm Beach, FL) in Mar 2014
Interview
Filled out an application online. Was contacted for a phone interview by a recruiter. Recruiter asked basic questions about work history, citizenship, and maybe three past work behavioral questions (Tell me about a time when...) Was told immediately that I was moving on to next process, which would be a in person interview. The cool thing about their process is you can set up the time and date for your interview online. This was suppose to actually be a group information session followed by a 1:2 interview with supervisors. However, when I arrived i noticed they were just calling everyone in individually for 1:1 interviews there was no group session. Don't expect your interview to start exactly at the time specified. They give that time to multiple people and call you in one at a time. My interview was scheduled for 10:30 I was called in around 11. Very short interview. All but one question were behavioral questions, so make sure you have some examples of your past work experiences. YOU WILL NEED THEM! The last question was a role play where you had to sell the interviewer something. In total, there was about eight questions. I noticed that if they liked you, you were then taken to meet the area recruiting manager. If not, you were just escorted out. After I met with the area recruiting manager, I was told I would be contacted with a decision with good or bad news. I received a call the following Monday for an offer pending a drug and background test. While I was there I noticed the call center was pretty big and I was only on the first floor. Quiet too. Easy interview process if you can think of many different past experiences off the top of your head.

Question 1
No difficult questions, however all but one of the questions for the 1:1 interview were behavioral questions. The final question was to sell the interviewer something.
Interview was fairly simple. Questions were basically regarding prior work history and examples of prior situations. Interview was done in person with 1 manager initially and took approximately 30 minutes from beginning to end. There were several candidates being interviewed the same day with me.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that was difficult and you had to go outside of your scope of duties.
First there was a phone interview with basic questions about simple technology things. Then, the on-site process was multiple sessions with different people, one right after the other. It was all very generic as they hire anyone who is not a felon.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Tacoma, WA)
Interview
First thing you do when you walk in is sign in (name & appt. time) then you'll sit and wait for the remaining people, approx. group of 8-10. Get there early so that you can get a seat, the are limited.
You'll all walk to a room where with about 8 recruiters; someone presents the job and all the perks that come along with it. Once the person is done with the presentation the recruiters began calling the name of the person they are interviewing and if there are not enough recruiters you'll have to sit and wait.
Once your done with the initial interview you will talk to another person who asks a two part question that I feel will make or break the decision to hire you or not and that is "Have you ever worked in a position that was based on sales? Was it commission based? They are not looking to TEACH you how to SALE their product and services so if you have not worked in a position in which one of your main responsibilities was to sale they most likely wont hire you, unless you can speak to them in a way that convinces them that you'll succeed.
