Starts with a phone interview answering 5 questions. Using the star method. Mix of prior work experience and then questions pertaining to the job and expectations. Passed that , then was offered a virtual interview. That was scheduled a week later. Same method 5 questions all pertaining to prior work experience. Received my job offer an hour later. Overall two week process from when applying to job offer
