5 Step interview process, first round with a recruiting contractor, followed by 4 rounds with various superiors/team members. Superiors were really open and transparent, interviews felt conversation-based, not like an interrogation as with some companies. Questions were encouraged, and I felt everything was answered authentically and they valued my time. The process took about a little over a month, start to finish before receiving a verbal offer.
