I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Abington, PA)
Interview
Initial online screening, phone screen with recruiter then interview with two managers. Interview wasn’t too bad, interactive and role playing.
I was offered the position quickly but kept having my start date pushed back. They eventually called and informed me that the position was canceled. This is over a month after receiving the offer. Incredibly unprofessional. Comcast treats their new employees like their customers — garbage.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2026
Interview
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company
