I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Downingtown, PA) in Apr 2011
Interview
They call you in to meet with 1 or 2 supervisors. This may be the supervisor that you will work under. So get to know them as well. You walk into the customer entrance of the building. Arrive a little early, because the agents may be busy with customers. Let one of them know you are here for a interview and they will let the supervisors know.
Often the supervisors are NOT allocated time for interviews, they they may feel rushed or distracted.
Be professional. Safely is a big part of the interview. Following the rules and proper documentations. Customer always comes first. And always reach out to a supervisor when you are in a touch situation, but they want to know you are independent. Drug free job and you must pass a drug test.
