First, applied online and uploaded my resume. About 2-3 weeks after I received a call from a recruiter that I was selected to do an interview for the position and we scheduled a date to have the initial phone interview. The interview process was very casual. The managers know what personality traits, behaviors, and work ethics they wanted to bring onto the team so when my recruiter sent my resume, the hiring manager wanted an 1:1 interview. Got my interview set up on Friday afternoon for the following Wednesday and got the verbal offer the following day. The interview process was short but productive.
