I went through an initial recruiter screening followed by a technical and behavioral interview with the hiring team. The process focused on troubleshooting experience, customer communication, handling escalations, and working with technical teams. very easy interview. person was on time and very nice. easy questions - would think about it again in future if i had the chance to do it again. xfinity seems like a nice place to work.
Quick interview. The questions were pretty basic and what was expected. I was able to understand the position and describe how I would fit and meet their needs. Overall a positive experience
