I came to my interview on time, yet, my interviewer, a BAE Manager, was late by 45 minutes. On top of that, the interview went on for 2 hours. I came in highly recommended from other positions at Comcast, but still I was grilled during the interview process. The people that interviewed me didn't even offer me anything to drink. They ate food and drank while listening to me. The managers have a habit of swearing during the interview, as if to come across as cool or something. Later, they name off names of people that worked there and either quit or got fired. Often times explaining why they got fired or quit. This is direct violation of employee privacy. Not to mention after my interview, I don't get called for 3 weeks and have to keep calling the manager to see where I stand in the interview process.
The job, considered "prestigious" at Comcast can only be attained if you have a friend on the business class side, if you aren't friends with someone whose a BAE, you won't get hired most of the time. Their personality test congratulates you if you embellish your answers.
