Interview
Initial interview was 30 minutes with HR, general questions, what I had accomplished, scopes of work ect.
Interview 2 with Ted Girdner, drilled down to my skills, the position demands and his business style.
Interview 3 with construction and direct residential sales manager, really free style, they had a script of questions but deviated liberally
