I applied in person and received a call 2 days later from the owner. I did a phone interview with him which was very easy just simple questions. The same day I was asked to go the hotel for an interview with the general manager. The interview with the GM went smoothly. I felt very comfortable and confident. When I was leaving he told me I did great with the interview and I had a good personality. Although he told me he was to call me back with an answer, as soon as I walked out the office's door I knew that I got the job. The next day, the owner called me to tell me that I got the job.

Pretty easy interview, went over typical duties and what a schedule would be like. Just got ghosted by them even after reaching out. A little annoying but life goes on
Very basic conversation. Stress friendly personalities. Asked what role best shows qualifications for this position, and stressed the person fit for the position must be very dependable. It is hard to cover shifts they want to be able to rely on this person. Policy is to resolve among your co workers first
