I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Comfort Inn (Manchester, NJ) in Feb 2017
Interview
Barely one I dropped off an application to the front desk employee who then ran out the door to stop me to come back in as I started to drive away stating the owner wanted to meet with me. Kind of saw that to be a large red flag but I went in anyway. I sat down with the owner who pretty much stated I would be expected to perform everything not just front desk and boy he wasn't kidding! Didn't negotiate pay automatically starts you at $9 regardless of experience. Stupidly accepted because I needed money at the time so many people came and went and the ones who stayed more than a year are angry frustrated workers who hate everyone and everything. All front desk people started the same time as I did either by a week or so all!new people clearly was a bad sign but at least I knew what I was possibly getting myself into again I needed money so..yeah
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comfort Inn (Hadley, MA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Pretty easy interview, went over typical duties and what a schedule would be like. Just got ghosted by them even after reaching out. A little annoying but life goes on
Very basic conversation. Stress friendly personalities. Asked what role best shows qualifications for this position, and stressed the person fit for the position must be very dependable. It is hard to cover shifts they want to be able to rely on this person. Policy is to resolve among your co workers first
