Pretty easy interview, went over typical duties and what a schedule would be like. Just got ghosted by them even after reaching out. A little annoying but life goes on

Easy, straight forward, great outline of line of work. Made it easy for a decision to be made on weather or not it was a good fit for both parties.

Very basic conversation. Stress friendly personalities. Asked what role best shows qualifications for this position, and stressed the person fit for the position must be very dependable. It is hard to cover shifts they want to be able to rely on this person. Policy is to resolve among your co workers first
