Interview
Very casual. I was asked to interview with the manager at the hotel in Crystal Lake and once I passed that interview, I was called back to interview with the owner in Schaumburg Il. Once I completed that interview, I waited for them to call me, which they did, and I was hired.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comfort Inn (Hadley, MA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Pretty easy interview, went over typical duties and what a schedule would be like. Just got ghosted by them even after reaching out. A little annoying but life goes on
Very basic conversation. Stress friendly personalities. Asked what role best shows qualifications for this position, and stressed the person fit for the position must be very dependable. It is hard to cover shifts they want to be able to rely on this person. Policy is to resolve among your co workers first
