Three phone interviews, two onsite interview sessions of approximately 2 hours each. There was a mix of technical questions and character questions. There was a significant emphasis on my pre-existing expertise, but also there was enough character questions to make the interview feel personal. The employees doing the interviews seemed genuinely interested in my stake, and the process felt sincere and thorough.
