The interview process began with a phone screening to discuss Comfy, the role, and my background. This was followed by another phone call with my potential manager to dive deeper into the role and expectations- both calls were under 30 min.
I received an offer for an onsite interview, I really appreciated that the interview schedule and LinkedIn profiles of the interviewers were sent ahead of time.
On the day of my onsite, I met with the People Ops team- who remained as friendly and transparent in-person as they had by email. The day included a mix of panel and 1:1 interviews ultimately lasting under 4 hours. Though the onsite interview process was long, it helps when you are moving from another full-time role (knock it out in one day). I was extended an offer a few days later and accepted.
Everyone at Comfy is super friendly and hard-working, they definitely live their values. This was the best interview process I've gone through by far- extremely organized, highly communicative, and transparent.
