Commerce Financial Analyst II interview questions

I had an interview scheduled for a Financial Analyst II position in May of 2026. I was sent a google meet invitation that had two different links on it, but I thought they were both the same. Turns out they weren’t and I could not connect with the recruiter at our scheduled time despite me being online and in the meeting. I explained this in an email and was offered to reschedule. I quickly replied and agreed as I was interested in learning about their business. Never heard from the recruiter after that! Complete ghosting!! I followed up the next day and again the following week, still nothing. The disrespect shown by this recruiter was shocking. To be completely dismissed because of a technical issue with THEIR invitation was just unfair!! Their stock price is down 95% percent in that last 5 years…yes, 95% so this is a company that has had to rebrand and has struggled financially. After this experience with this company, I can confidently determine that their recruitment team and practices are part of the problem. I would never bother with this company ever again.
