It was very easy. I only applied online and had a phone interview with two people. All the employees there are very helpful and willing to answer all the questions prior to starting the job. Interview questions were standard, nothing tricky. Expectations are generally pretty low for this unpaid internship. They were very nice and the atmosphere was friendly.

I heard back after 2-3 weeks of submitting my resume and cover letter. I did a Skype interview since I wasn't in California at the time with 2 people. It was very lovely and nice and they asked me what I hoped to get out of the internship which was really refreshing. They told me they would get back to me, and about a day later I heard back.
