Interview on April 26 2023 - Met with hiring manager (Senior Director Marketing Services) and she was late, distracted, and must have already found a candidate based on how dismissing she was. - Despite giving her specific examples about my experience with managing newsletters, email, blog and PR projects, she told me I didn't have enough experience - I asked her a question about the legal process, given it is a financial network, and she was looking down (at her phone, I assume) and when she looked up she carried on as if I hadn't asked her a direct question - Hiring manager shared that the team this role works with believes they need three communications managers but she thinks they just need "one really good one" - When asking a follow up question, she cut me off, shook her head at me and said "Do you have many more questions because I have a 10 o'clock call" it was 9:55... I rescinded my application because I would have hated to report to her. Top salary for this role was 96k listed in the job description.
