Typical interview questions. Group Panel with Program Managers. Very laid back. First interview was a prescient, second interview face to face with program managers and third interview with school leaders.

What was your first job? What are your strengths and weakness? What would you do if the principal ask you to perform task that does not relate to your description? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why do you think you would be a fit for this position?
I had 2 interviews. The first with the directors of CIS, the second with a CIS coordinator and the school principal. Same exact questions were asked, fairly easy and casual.

I was interviewed by two regional managers. They are looking for someone who is independent, creative, and has patience to work with children. Some of the questions were a bit strange “What would make it difficult to work with you?”

I applied and received a request to interview during the same week. I visited the school district building for the interview. I was interviewed by two representatives simultaneously but it was not very intimidating.
