I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Communities In Schools (Dallas, TX)
Interview
It was simple and very quick turnaround. From first contact, then interview, then to an offer was less than two weeks. It wasn't a long waiting period at all. I think they would probably hire anyone with a background in the helping field.
I had 2 interviews. The first with the directors of CIS, the second with a CIS coordinator and the school principal. Same exact questions were asked, fairly easy and casual.

Interview

I applied and received a request to interview during the same week. I visited the school district building for the interview. I was interviewed by two representatives simultaneously but it was not very intimidating.
