Interview
The interview was very relaxed and was like your "typical" interview. It was one on one and interviewed with the ED. The total time was about two hours. Scenarios were given to see what I would do in each situation.

I had 2 interviews. The first with the directors of CIS, the second with a CIS coordinator and the school principal. Same exact questions were asked, fairly easy and casual.

I was interviewed by two regional managers. They are looking for someone who is independent, creative, and has patience to work with children. Some of the questions were a bit strange “What would make it difficult to work with you?”

I applied and received a request to interview during the same week. I visited the school district building for the interview. I was interviewed by two representatives simultaneously but it was not very intimidating.
