Interview was actually fun. Office was busy I felt a sense of passion for the work they are doing. It was a team interview, but they knew a lot about the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Community Bridges (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview process was ok. I applied online and received a phone call within a couple days. The interview was schedules approx a week ahead of time. I recieved offers from two locations but I was only offered the job in one facility. For the first one, I was interviewed by the manager and supervisor. Both took their time with a smoke break and almost forgot about me before I had to remind them I was finished with filling out another application even though I filled one out online. They read the questions off a sheet of paper. Didn't get the job there. On the other hand, I interviewed with two nursing supervisors at the second facility. There was a miscommunication over the time of the interview so they arrived late. They read the interview questions off a sheet of paper. It was kind of a relaxed environment. They aren't too picky about their candidates because of the high turnover rate and constant understaffing. Salary was discussed at the end and they'll try to pay you as little as possible. There are overnight differentials and bilingual bonuses. However, for the bilingual bonus you must test for it via interview and pass it with 75% or above. At the time of my interview this is how it was like but it is possible they may have changed the process since then.

Question 1
What did you do when you couldn't satisfy a customers demand and how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Community Bridges (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2015
Interview
Interviewer was nice, easy to talk to, punctual. He was honest in answering my questions and was quick to respond. He said one thing the biggest thing the company could improve on was communication which quickly proved to be true. He was not allowed to discuss salary, so I didn't know what the position paid. He did put in a recommendation for my employment but from there it went down hill. There was a mess of miscommunication and weeks of following up before I was contacted by HR with a job offer at a lower pay than expected. Tried to negotiate salary/hours and it was days to weeks to get responses. In the end, they didn't budge on pay or hours and still offered me the position- 6 weeks after my interview.
