Interview
INformal interview process.. Recruiter called me for a phone interview with 3 project Manager. Very difficult to speak while they have you on speaker phone. A few days later, I was scheduled for an IN person interview. Met with a Director and more like a conversation. HIred on the spot. Very casual interview on site and with several people taking turns asking questions.
A very nice easy experience . Intervier was kind, friendly and showed a positive attitude towards myself

Interview
There is a scam going on for the position of Remote Administrative Assistant. The interview took place online in Google Hangouts.
There were some MAJOR red flags:
-The interview itself was not a video interview. The hiring manager and myself chatted the entire time.
-The decision process took only 30 minutes. The hiring manager stated that he would show my interview answers to his superiors and that he will be in touch with me in 30 minutes. After that he told me I got the position.
-Offered to send a check for office equipment as well as a starting bonus.
-The email for the offer letter stated it was from Ronald Shafer however the person pretending to be him spelled his name wrong. I looked on the CHS website and found the number to the main office. The receptionist informed me that it was a scam.
I wanted to get this out there because when I did my research I didn't find any thing online of this being a possible scam and so I'm writing this review to make someone else's life much easier. This company does not have remote Administrative Assistant positions. Also another red flag was that they stated that I applied for the position on Indeed.com. I use Indeed alot but I have no confirmations of sending my resume to the company.
