first round interview over zoom with 5 attorneys - lasted approximately one hour and requested writing sample and four references ahead. Asked about experience with diverse clients, whether bilingual or experience working with interpreters, experience with poverty law. Gave scenarios about clients and asked how I would respond

2 tiered interview process. First interview with potential team. Then interview with executive director. Then phone call with offer information. Not more to say other than that so I don't know why theres a 30 word minimum.
