I first went through a phone interview from someone at the home office which asked the usual questions about your strengths and weaknesses, difficult situations I had faced during my previous employment, etc. About a week after that, I was called in for a second interview on the site I had applied for. I sat down with one of the supervisors and he asked more focused questions about the environment I would be working in. Most of them were situational, like "what would you do if ___ ?" A couple weeks after that, I was offered the position. The first interview was more formal, but the second was very relaxed and the supervisor was laid back and friendly.

I applied online. I was offered phone interview and had an in person interview. I was later offered the job. Overall, everyone was very kind and professional. I would recommend working here.
