I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Commure in Sep 2025
Interview
I was approached by a Commure recruiter on LinkedIn for a Product Ops role. The first recruiter call was fine and actually left me excited about the opportunity. I scheduled the next round using their scheduling link, joined the call on time, and waited the full 30 minutes. The interviewer never showed.
What makes it worse is that I followed up with the recruiter and the person who scheduled me — and got no response. Radio silence.
As candidates, we put in hours preparing for interviews. It’s not just about blocking 30 minutes on a calendar — it’s the mental energy, the research, the prep work. To have that time wasted and then get ignored is really disappointing.
What makes it even more ironic is that Commure is a company building automation in healthcare. Yet their own talent process felt broken — like their scheduling automation wasn’t aligned with the humans behind it. At best it’s a systems breakdown, at worst it’s disorganized hiring. Either way, it felt unprofessional and left a very negative impression
