I went through multiple interview rounds with recruiters and an SDR manager. I was given a typical SDR assignment, only to be ghosted. Felt like the people I spoke to had low energy and no dedication to the company. I don't think I would join if offered.

The team seems like very nice people, I enjoyed the conversations with them. The interview process is smooth and they're looking for someone who can come in and start dialing with minimal ramp up.
