As you stated, you came to us via a recruiter who represented your candidacy. In such cases, any communication, including interview progression, is done via the recruiter. In your particular case, we sent our decision notice, via email, two days after your third interview directly to your representation. Unfortunately, the recruiter dropped the ball on getting back to you. I realize how frustrating that could be, but I assure you that it was not our intention.
After discovering your feedback, we have immediately contacted you by email to try to resolve this misunderstanding. Unfortunately, we have been unable to speak. Still, I would like to assure you that, due to your feedback, we have updated our communication policies to make sure that we directly communicate with our engaged candidates who came via an external recruiter. I hope that these changes will mitigate any possibly similar issues, and for that, we thank you.
