I was connected to the Head of People through a friend and went in for a 1.5 hour interview then had a second in person interview with another HR team member. While I don't currently have an offer, I truly loved my interview experience. It's so refreshing when an interview is well thought out and the questions are challenging and thought provoking. While my skills aren't a perfect fit at the moment, the individuals I met with have been so nice and helpful. I highly recommend applying to Compass and I hope it works out in the future!
